14 favorite posts of 2014

2014 – what a year. I started an amazing job, moved out of my family’s home and in with my boyfriend, finally got a DSLR camera and took my blog photographs to a new level. Moving into my own place and being immersed in nutrition and the culinary arts at work has also changed the way I eat. I now cook way less meat and way more plants, which is reflected in the recipes I’ve been posting and the general tone of my blog. I also introduced some new series on Chez Sasha, including Cocktail Hour, Favorite Foodies, and Even Better With an Egg, which I am totally excited about developing further.

Overall, I feel so happy and lucky to have had the kind of year 2014 has been, and can’t wait to see what 2015 brings. Below, in no particular order, are 14 of my favorite posts from this year.

The frugal latte lovers bit made me laugh.

The most memorable meal I had is going to be the monstrosity I consumed on Christmas day. Not only did it taste jolly nice, but the turkey cost me a fair whack and large bills aren’t something I tend to forget very quickly.

    Awesome pics as usual.
